All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on PageFiller and all content (including all applications) located on and delivered through the site shall remain vested in PageFiller or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use PageFiller content in any way except through the appropriate feature purchase. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any PageFiller content. Any other use of PageFiller content requires the prior written permission of the PageFiller. |

Right of publication is conditional upon acknowledging PageFiller as the source of the feature at an appropriate size in a reasonable position on the same page as the feature. |

Purchasing a feature from our site provides you with the right to make one publicational usage of that feature instance
in a singly dated edition of the title for which it was purchased (i.e. a dated edition, such as DD/MM/YYYY - sub editions within that date such as Morning, Late etc. we happily consider as a single edition). Repeat publication in either that title on another date or any other title is specifically prohibited. |

PageFiller content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to PageFiller, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided "AS IS" and on an "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the extent permitted by law, PageFiller excludes all representations and warranties (whether express or implied by law), including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. PageFiller does not guarantee the timeliness, completeness or performance of the website or any of the content. While we try to ensure that all content provided by PageFiller is correct at the time of delivery no responsibility is accepted by or on behalf of PageFiller for any errors, omissions or inaccurate content on the website and its products |

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the PageFiller’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its proven negligence. Subject to the previous sentence, PageFiller shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such damage or losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the PageFiller website, its products or services regardless of the form of action. |

PageFiller does not warrant that functions available on PageFiller will be uninterrupted or error free, that any defects will be corrected,
or that PageFiller or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to implement
sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements for the accuracy of data
input and output. |

Usage of any feature procured from PageFiller requires the user to agree to investigate and ensure the correct accuracy of any feature and inform PageFiller
of any errors, omissions or inaccuracies within an appropriate time period to PageFiller to allow us to make corrections. Please contact us
if you discover any errors.

| Payment |

Payment can be made before purchase using our instant payment methods, otherwise you may apply for a business account. |
| 11. |
If you use your business account to pay for the features that you download upon invoice we will send you an invoice detailing any purchases made in the previous period. You will pay the invoice within 90 days of its delivery to you. | |

The right to publish any feature downloaded from PageFiller is not granted (i.e. at stages in limine) until payment is made in full.
Customers with accounts are granted this publication right on a temporary basis,
as per the terms of their account. Any failure to maintain an account, expressly through non payment of outstanding balance at times where payment is due,
will result in an a prior removal of publication rights and therefore, but not exclusively, a potential breach of copyright. |

All payments, either via PayPal or cheque or TT must be made in US Dollars or Great Britain Pounds. Any payments in other funds may be subject to a surcharge of up to 20%. |

EU customers purchases are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 15%). |
| Refunds and exchanges |

PageFiller does not provide any method of refund or exchange except where the feature provided to the customer has been proved faulty or erroneous.
Subject to the previous sentence, please contact us if you feel you have received faulty of incorrect features or bad service. |
